The Town of Bernardston has contracted with the Cooperative Public Health Services (CPHS) of the Franklin Regional Council of Governments (FRCOG) to provide a comprehensive public health program. The service includes septic systems, environmental health inspections, communicable disease investigation and prevention, code enforcement, education, wellness, and special programs.
